Employers' Confederation of Latvia (LDDK) expresses its solidarity and support to the people of Ukraine in this difficult time.  The LDDK stands united with the Government of Latvia and the international community in strongly condemning the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine.

LDDK calls for an immediate end to the military aggression against Ukraine launched by Russia in cooperation with Belarus and for full respect for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

In a crisis situation, employers of Latvia are ready to provide support and assistance to Ukrainian asylum seekers, including, as far as possible, offering employment and other necessary assistance to Ukrainian companies and citizens.

The Employers' Confederation of Latvia (LDDK), as a social partner to the Government, is ready to provide all necessary support to the responsible Latvian and European Union institutions and transatlantic partners to help maintain international security and peace and to ensure the appropriate socio-economic conditions necessary for our society and businesses to operate.

The LDDK calls for coordinated information support for those entrepreneurs who wish to reorient their activities, restructure their supply chains and reorganize their business operations.
