Consultations

LDDK provides consultations to its members on improving the business environment, education, employment, social security, healthcare, labor law, and occupational safety. Members of LDDK can receive advice on:

• the application of regulatory acts (including interpretation of legal norms and assessment of their impact);

• draft policy planning documents and regulatory acts under development, and their potential impact on business;

• opportunities to propose changes to legislation.

To ensure members receive a comprehensive analysis on relevant issues, LDDK cooperates with experts from both Latvian and international organizations, as well as employer organizations from other countries.

LDDK also prepares and distributes informational materials on topics of interest to employers and businesses. These materials are provided free of charge to members at the LDDK Directorate.
